Karim Ali is POD’s co-founder and CFO. Despite his occasional grumpy facade, he’s highly sought after as a mentor within the company. Known for fiercely protecting his team, Karim’s leadership has earned his entire team the endearing nickname of “Team Karim.” Outside of work, Karim’s dedication extends to his family, especially his daughters, for whom he cooks breakfast every morning.
